How are you all doing? Here, I'm just grateful for a/c. We did have a bit of respite from the high heat and humidity ... And so it begins ... back to a freakishly hot summer!
For you Celsius people, actual temperature 32C but it feels like 35C. A summer like this is not normal for us. A couple of weeks ... sure ... not a full summer!
I'm thankful that the evenings are a bit cooler (around 20C) allowing me to actually sleep without the a/c. I like peace and quiet, which you don't get with an a/c.
On the quilting front, I have been tackling the Modern Building Block UFO quilt and have the following done:
These blocks measure 6 inches finished. So far I have 29 out of 48 blocks done ... a bit more to go ... slowly but surely.
So what have you been up to?
Catch you all later! Cheers!

I have been handquilting a large quilt, so for once I am glad my husband likes to keep the house cool. I will be anxious to see how this modern blocks come together. I have not made a modern quilt, but love seeing the design and quilting that modern quilters come up with.
Your blocks are looking so nice.
Like you, I hate having a/c on during the night. I love that it cools off enough here to not have it on when we sleep.
