Brrrrrrrr........!

Well, I guess we've hit a cold snap.  I think -28C or -18F can be considered friggen cold!  Gosh, I can hear the wind howling!  I don't mind the cold, it's the wind!

Myself, I'm presently nice and toasty at the moment.  I have a roaring fire going.  I must admit, all those years of renovations does pay off in comfort!

Tonight is a perfect time to get some hand work done.  This is what I've been working on.

This is a small English Paper Piecing quilt for the Prairie Women Sewing Circle - Journey 3.  I've changed the layout to something totally different.

It's addictive!  I can see other EPP projects in my future! ;o)

Thanks for stopping by!  Keep warm everyone!

The cold weather does not sound one bit fun. It is cool here this evening too. Probably in the low 60's right now. I am too used to a mild winter and would not do well going back to a bitter cold winter.

Nice seeing what you are working on. I have dreams of a hexagon quilt and have the paper pieces to do one with but dreaming is as far as I have gotten.

Cold isn't the word for it and I am sure it is colder in your area. Add the flu to that and this is, stay in the house weather;)

I recently signed up for my first Prarie Women's class - don't know which version it is - but the first class was cancelled because of crummy weather and now I have to wait for another month before I can start - sigh! Your project is looking great! Love those little hexies!

What is this EPP project going to be? The fabrics are so "romantic" looking.
