Will the seasons please make up their minds?!

Brrrr ..... it's a cold one today!  Hot and humid yesterday to ...  turn on the heat today!

Last Tuesday, Pumpkin and I spent the day in Montreal.  We had a wonderful time walking the streets, admiring the architecture of the Old Montreal as well as the downtown area.  It is amazing how much the city has changed since the last time I was there (approx. 6 months ago).  St Catherine street - the major downtown street - is closed off to cars between Bleury and St Laurent and becomes a summer park.  People were playing street chess!

How cool is that?

On the quilting front, this weekend I am participating in Donna's Chookshed Sewing day!  In other words, it's a Parrrtyyyyy - using Sponge Bob's pronun-ci-ation!

My plan today is to finish up this quilt top!

I am using a Moda Jelly Roll - Daysail by Bonnie & Camille.  I love that line!  This is my first time working with a Jelly Roll.  Let's just say that it's pushing my OCD over the top! LOL

Off to get started on my project!  Catch you later!

Being productive ... So it seems!

The weather has been absolutely gorgeous in my neck of the woods.  It is such a treat to enjoy my breakfast outside!  Bliss!  Seems it took forever for spring to arrive in way Northeast New York, I can see Canada from my house!

Things are hopping along around here, at a much faster pace than I would like.  Sometimes it feels like I do not have a minute to blog.  It's not that I have nothing to say.  It's just that, as of late, sleeps is winning over writing a blog entry!

Hard to believe that Fibre Junction is officially 6 years old!  That's right, we opened on May 1, 2009. You can read all about it here.

I am fortunate to be one of those people that can truly say "I love my job!"  Of course, it would not be possible if it weren't for all of you who patronize Fibre Junction.  To all my customers, thank you from the bottom of my heart!  I am truly blessed!
