I ...I'm sure it will be lovely when completed. I grew up in the house my grandfather built in 1909, or thereabouts. From the time my folks moved in until the time I left, it was under renovation of some sort. I love old houses, I really do, but the one I bought was only 5 years old and built very well. We live in a 175+ year old ...I can relate, Carole. We live in a 175+ year old house and you never know what you'll find once you start to renovate. But think positively because it's going to be a gorgeous room when it's finished. You're so lucky to have a handy husband!<br /><br />We've been experiencing the same weather here in Nova Scotia.
